What legend still brings contentious talks after 100 years? None other than Tom Horn. Did he really kill the boy he was convicted of? Or was he simply the pawn in a love triangle? All of these are still argued today as to what led to this legendary scout’s hanging in Cheyenne in 1903. This hat is like the one that Steve McQueen wore in one of his final films, portraying Tom Horn. It has a 5.75” crown and a 4” brim. While McQueen did not have a hat band in the major portion of the film we decided to add this narrow band for color.
